KB & Associates, LLC (KBA) is now Vivid Co., a project management, organizational change management, and quality assurance consulting firm in Olympia, Washington. Our team has decades of collective experience planning and implementing projects for public and private entities.

While KBA was born out of a desire to make a positive impact on the agencies serving the residents of our state, Vivid Co. builds on this vision and makes the results for our customers more, well, vivid!
