Heidi became a partner at Vivid Co. in 2022, focusing primarily on providing customers with Quality Assurance (QA) services. While she has largely focused on QA since 2018, she also enjoys performing organizational program reviews and managing projects for customers.

Heidi brings a wealth of executive management, project management, and business transformation experience to her QA engagements with a deep knowledge of the Washington State government. She is an adjunct instructor of project management courses at South Puget Sound Community College’s Corporate and Continuing Education Program.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys a seemingly endless bucket list of live music, travel, and new experiences with her family and golden doodles.
